Polimex-Mostostal launched in Steel Products Division in Siedlce the modern production line for tooling of metallurgical profiles.
Trough of this investment we were able to extend our services range and shorten the execution time.

The tooling of metallurgical profiles (the cutting, the drilling, the burning with the oxygen)
All machines within a production line work automatically with each other.
The accuracy of the cut : 0,5 mm on the length 12 m, the accuracy of the drilling (the space between openings): 0,2 mm.
Possibility for cutting holes with different shapes.
Technological possibilities:
measurements of processed element L x B x H : maximum - 16000 x 1015 x 450 minimum-mms- 2500 x 80 x 42 mms
the maximum thickness, which can be drilled - 100 mms
the maximum diameter of a hole - fi 40 mm
the cutting at an angle of 90o, 45o, 60o
the possibility of cutting with oxygen and burning of holes with different shapes
the maximum weight of an element - 5250 kg
